OWI 6th and Firearms Charges for Mauston Man

Juneau County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a business on County Road N in Kildare Township in the mid-afternoon on Saturday, March 10th due to a report of an individual being intoxicated in the parking lot.  Dana Wobschell, age 62 of Mauston, admitted to having driven to the business via backroads after drinking beforehand.  He was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 6th Offense and Possession of a Firearm While Intoxicated.  The loaded handgun and an open bottle of brandy were found in his vehicle during the investigation.
