>Shots Fired In Southern Wisconsin Road Rage Incident
(Delavan, WI) — Janesville Police say no injuries were reported from a weekend road rage incident which involved several gunshots. An 18-year-old Delavan man is in custody. Investigators say shots were fired from one vehicle as it passed another one early Sunday morning. The driver of the vehicle which was targeted followed the shooter into Walworth County, calling 9-1-1 at about 3:30 A-M. Deputies made a high-risk traffic shot just outside Delavan and took Jamie L. Blair into custody. He faces a tentative charge of recklessly endangering safety.

(Appleton, WI) — Appleton Police say they think the same suspect was involved in three shooting incidents Sunday morning. No names have been released. One individual named as a person of interest has been cleared. Officers were called at 1:18 A-M Sunday about a man with a gun. Several people were found locked inside the bar. About an hour later, officers were called to Grumpy’s Pub. There, they found a vehicle in the parking lot with several bullet holes and shell casings on the ground. At 3:15 A-M, police were contacted about a domestic disturbance. Several people from the earlier reports were present and another vehicle had been shot. No injuries were reported.

(DeForest, WI) — A DeForest man is being held in the Dane County Jail in a shooting incident from last Friday night. DeForest Police say he called 9-1-1 to say he had just shot his wife. The operator convinced the man to leave his home and police took him into custody. His 49-year-old wife was found with a head wound in the parking lot at the DeForest Public Safety building. She was taken to U-W Hospital for treatment of a wound which isn’t thought to be life-threatening. The victim tells investigators she was in bed when her husband shot her with a .22-caliber handgun. No names have been released.

(Green Bay, WI) — A convicted sex offender from New York had admitted he traveled to Shawano to have sex with an underage girl. James Huskisson entered a guilty plea in federal court last week. Prosecutors say the 45-year-old had been convicted on two counts of rape in New York. He was taken into custody when he returned home from Wisconsin. He had messaged the 15-year-old girl and sent her explicit, sexual photos. A school principal contacted police when a suspicious vehicle was seen in a parking lot at the girl’s school. Huskisson could get up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced in May.
