Madison Man Charged with OWI-5th Offense

A Madison man has been charged with OWI-5th Offense. 30-year-old Skyler Shegonee was also charged with reckless driving causing injury and operating a motor vehicle while revoked. According to the criminal complaint: On July 28, 2017, officials were informed of a vehicle accident near the canoe landing with Buckhorn State Park in the Town of Germantown. Once on scene officials observed a burgundy van which had clearly struck a tree. The tree was bent over and the front of the van was elevated and resting on the tree.
