Cook, Mildred A., age 100 of Tomah

Mildred A. Cook, age 100, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018, at Cranberry Court Assisted Living in Tomah.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 1, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.  Pastor David Dahl will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Tomah, Wisconsin.  Family and friends are invited for visitation Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
